Breaking down silos: Greg Young joins healthcare leaders in Perth

How can healthcare organisations break down silos and work more effectively across boundaries to create lasting change?
LeaderShape Global CEO Greg Young explored this challenge at the BMJ | Virginia Mason Institute Future Health Leaders Australia Programme in Perth on 8 September, joining a panel of senior healthcare leaders for the session, “Breaking down silos: Using cross-functional management to accelerate health system performance”.
Greg brought a Transpersonal Leadership perspective to the discussion, exploring how leadership, collaboration and culture can help organisations move beyond traditional boundaries, strengthen workforce experience and enable sustainable, system-wide improvement.
The session highlighted the importance of looking beyond structures and processes alone – and creating the leadership and culture needed for people to work together more effectively across complex healthcare systems.
LeaderShape attends Africa Human Resource Summit 2026

LeaderShape Global was proud to be represented at the Africa Human Resource Summit 2026, where HR and leadership professionals from across Africa came together to explore the future of work.
Greg Young, CEO and Co-Founder of LeaderShape Global, joined the panel discussion, “Strategic Human-Centered Leadership in the Age of AI and Transformation”, moderated by Murtaza Versi, CEO of LeaderShape Global Africa.
The discussion explored how leaders can embrace AI and digital transformation while keeping leadership genuinely human-centred. Panellists shared insights on leading through change, developing future-ready organisations and ensuring people remain at the heart of transformation.
The themes closely reflected LeaderShape Global’s Transpersonal Leadership approach – developing leaders with the self-awareness, purpose and values needed to create lasting impact for individuals, teams and organisations.
We are proud to have Greg and Murtaza representing LeaderShape Global and contributing to this important conversation on the future of leadership across Africa.
