Murtaza has worked with executives, management teams, and government agencies across Africa, helping align strategy with behavior for long-term success.
His leadership approach is grounded in the belief that true leaders don’t create followers, they build leaders. Through Leadershape Africa, he is on a mission to empower 5,000 purpose-driven African leaders in 5 years, developing a new generation of ethical, emotionally intelligent, and performance-oriented leaders.
